Gift Voucher Policy

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and must be produced on the day of your treatment.

Wellsprings Day Spa will not be responsible for or re-issue any lost vouchers.

Traditional Gift Vouchers attract a Postage and Handling Fee of $6.00 per voucher.

Refund Policy

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable; the balance of any gift voucher cannot be made available as cash.

Delivery Policy

Traditional Gift Vouchers will be sent within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving both the order and payment confirmation online. A $6.00 postage and handling fee will be charged to all Traditional Gift Vouchers. Express Gift Vouchers do not attract a postage and handling fee.

Appointment Policy

Please book your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date, time and therapist.  Credit Card details or a deposit are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to change or cancel an appointment.  We request that you provide us with 24 hours notice, or a cancellation fee may be charged.  Failure to show for your appointment does result in a cancellation fee.

Arrival at the Day Spa

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to relax so that you will receive maximum benefit from your treatment.  Late arrival does cut into your treatment time.

Etiquette at the Day Spa

To ensure all guests at the spa enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment we respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum.

Turning off mobile phones and making childcare arrangements for your appointment provides your own relaxation and also considers the quiet needs of other guests enjoying their relaxation therapies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?

Wear whatever you feel is comfortable.  You do have the option of using our robes and thongs, and we can provide you with a personal locker to store your clothing and valuables.  For your convenience we provide disposable underwear, or if you prefer, you can wear your own swimsuit.

What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify our receptionist of any pertinent health condition (including pregnancy) when booking treatments.  Some treatments do have contraindications, so this is vital.

Spa Lounge and Library

Enjoy the bush land surrounds of the Goulburn River as you unwind and relax in our sumptuous day beds whilst being inspired by the reading material available in our Spa Library.

Facilities

Our treatment suites are designed to uplift, soothe, delight and provide optimum comfort.

Wellsprings Day Spa provides male and female change rooms with showers, personal lockers and grooming essentials.

Our Day Spa welcomes friends and group bookings.
